Comments
This is an interesting UK issue because both sides are slightly different recordings to the original Jamaican issue on Starline. Also the original B side is titled Jenny V (not Genevieve). You can listen to the original Jamaican issue on Youtube to give you a feel for the music.
I guess it’s Jamaican RNB/Soul but I would describe both sides as Popcorn. Either way a super early UK issue of Jamaican music. Rare & collectible.
This item is in super condition. Unlike so many records now appearing on ebay, it has not been skimmed, polished or altered in any way. Please see my about me page.
