Description
TEDDY CHARLES - COOLIN', New Jazz 8216, deep groove pressing, RVG in dead wax.
The musicians on this 1957 recording are Teddy Charles (vibes), Idrees Sulieman (trumpet), John Jenkins (alto sax), Mal Waldron (piano), Addison Farmer (bass), Jerry Segal (drums).
The tunes are Staggers, Song of a Star, The Eagle Flies, Bunni, Reiteration, Everything Happens To Me.
Condition of record is E, no scuffs, no scratches, a few spindle marks. Jacket shows some overall wear, 1 inch seam split top right, tape repair along bottom. New Jazz pressings are often pressed on inferior vinyl. While this one looks very clean, it plays with slight surface hiss that may not be acceptable to some bidders.

V = Very Good. Noticeable wear, visual and audible. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
G = Good. Not really all that good. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear.
F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.

We think that most buyers want to receive their winnings quickly, so we offer the fastest mail options and we pack our records very carefully in heavy duty mailers. Shipments are made on Saturday and Tuesday mornings. Records which have been paid for by 3:00 PM on the day before will be shipped on those days.
Postage within US $4.00 Media Mail, $9.00 Priority Mail (includes delivery confirmation & tracking).
Canada $12.00 First Class Mail International;
Overseas (Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, South America) $22.00 First Class Mail International.
If you require any additional services such as insurance, registered mail or Priority Mail (for overseas customers), the costs will be your responsibility. Do not assume that we will pay for these services.
