I need to explain something. I was given a number of records to sell, and I got a bit burned because whereas I was looking for scratches, I wasn't looking for warps or other issues that distorted the sound, due to my lack of experience with records.
To compensate, because I'm still not good at grading records, is to include mp3 samples from the record. These are recordings I made from the record using a record player-mp3 converter. Please listen (they're about 10-20 seconds each) to see if the audio quality is good. In this case it sounds fine to me, but listen for yourself.

From 1967, this is a rare Double Shot Records vinyl 45 record of Count Five's Teeny Bopper, Teeny Bopper and You Must believe me
The record seems clean, although it has some writing on it, with the former owner's name, as well as a former jukebox number. The name of the song is written on the sleeve.
