Description
Up for auction here is a copy of the Ten Minute Warning Survival of the Fittest demo tape from 1982. TMW were an amazing metallic hardcore band that formed from the ashes of the Fartz and Solger--they recorded five incredible songs, then turned into a vaguely psychedelic metal band, then a bad metal band, and then they broke up (and then they reformed and put out a terrible CD on Sub Pop). In the nineties, the good Ten Minute Warning recordings were reclaimed by the Fartz and reissued on the "You, We See You Crawling" and "Because This Fuckin' World Still Stinks" LPs.
My recollection is that the last song on this tape is cut off, but I don't have a tape deck to check it. The envelope is split on one side and opened on the other, and if there were ever any inserts, they're long gone.
