Description
U.S. record label, 1933-1941. It was originally manufactured by the Radio-Victor Corporation of America for sale through Montgomery Ward mail-order catalogs and retail stores. The RCA-supplied pressings were high-quality products and a great bargain at 21¢ each (or 10 for $1.79). The label drew largely on a mixture of Bluebird (3) and Victor masters, including material recorded as early as 1925, and some acoustically recorded items from the World War I era. There are 10 records and 20 stars featured in this collection: 1- Steve Allen ~ 2- Billy Vaughn ~ 3- Lawrence Welk ~ 4- Pat Boone ~ 5- Jimmie Rodgers ~ 6- Louis Prima ~ 7- The Lennon Sisters ~ 8- Debbie Reynolds ~ 9- The Mills Bros. 10- Eddie Peabody ~ 11- Hal Aloma ~ 12- Alvino Rey ~ 13- Vaughn Monroe ~ 14- The Mulcays ~ 15- The Andrews Sisters ~ 16- Jerry Burke ~ 17- Jo Ann Castle ~ 18- The Six Fat Dutchman ~ 19-Johnny Maddox ~ 20- Bob Crosby. Records, sleeves and box is in excellent condition. Thanks for looking!
