Description

Happy holidays! Due to Christmas travel, I won't be doing any more auctions until January. So for those that want to spoil themselves, I'm going to post just a handful of gems with a BIN price from my personal collection.  Shoot me an offer and let's see if we can make a deal!

Release: Carl Cherry - Baby Doll / The Itch

Format: 45 rpm 7" single


Year: 1959

Notes: Original tan label first pressing. The only record released by Cherry and the only record released on Tene out of Omaha.  Was never widely distributed and is tough to find. Classic rockabilly sound on this one with the guitars and distorted country vocal. The b-side is especially killer is an absolute must hear. 


Vinyl Condition: VG, Vinyl itself nice shape with a handful of light scuffs, more noticeable on the Baby Doll side. Nothing deep at all, still has original shine. Plays better than it looks and sounds great with no pop/skips just some light crackle in a couple of spots. Labels has some noticeable scuffing, but no tears/writing/stickers. Solid to strong VG copy.


Please note, this will be shipped in a cardboard sandwich and a box to ensure this rarity arrives to you safely. A signature will be required for delivery.
