Test Pressing – SCHOENHERR: AUSTRIAN MUSIC – HENRY KRIPS/PHILHARMONIA ORCH.
One single-sided Columbia white label stereo test pressing made in England. Henry Krips conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra in Max Schoenherr’s Suite of Austrian Music (Austrian Peasant Dances?). The disc label indicates "Peasant Dances", handwritten notes on paper sleeve indicate "Austrian Music" – you decide! (see photos). Matrix number. YAX 208-4. PLEASE NOTE: one side only (no disc of coupling). This is undoubtedly rare / probably SCX 3269.
The disc has an unplayed appearance; we have not played it. Supplied in original (scruffy) inner.
