Engraved at beginning of acetate, center of record and old sleeve it has written 4*3S-60-A-D

The playing grooves of this acetate start 1/4 into the record and in Mint- condition. Has an edge flake

 It must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse unplayed for over 65 years.
