Description

Very rare original copy of Lil Wayne Tha Carter II (C2) on wax. Cash Money Records. This is not the reissue. Repeat: THIS IS NOT THE REISSUE. This is the real deal.

Vinyl is pristine, glossy, quiet...only played once. Sounds like you’ve never heard C2 before. Huge fat bass, glistening highs. C2 has always been the best recorded Weezy album IMO. There’s a round fullness to the sound where it just slaps and sparkles at the same time.

The cover and inner sleeves and everything are in beautiful shape. Only flaw: there is a permanent marker strike through the barcode and it looks like someone got a smudge of that same ink on the front cover. Bit of a drag, I know. It’s one of the best hip hop LP covers of all time. If you’re going for jacket aesthetics you probably want to keep looking, but if you’re just after the stellar music and the superlative recording then you’re in luck!

FYI- I tested the record on I’m a D-Boy and I gotta say.. you will NOT be disappointed. Best I’ve ever heard it sound by far.
