Label is  "767 Lexington Ave NYC" and deep groove on both sides.   "RVG", "9M" and "The Ear" aka "P" in the runout on both sides. Record is flat edge.  "767 Lexington Ave., New York 21"  address on cover.  The cover has "Frame" and no printing on spine.          

 Record looks VG+ and plays overall VG+.   Some light scratches and scuffs.  Some noise at the beginning of each side.  Mostly plays VG++. 

Cover is VG.

  Front cover has some gloss but heavy ring wear.  Spots of heavy wear at the corners of the pocket and begining of a split seam app 1/8 inch at bottom. Other seam and spine intact and tight. Back cover has moderate wear and piece of laminate missing at the top.  There's also an app 3 inch by 2 inch tear at the pocket which is still attached and untaped.  At the edge of the tear, there's a small circular laminate tear.  Price also written in pencil.
