Label is "767 Lexington Ave NYC" and deep groove on both sides.  "RVG" and "The Ear" aka "P" in the runout on both sides and "9M on Side 2. Record has groove guard.  "767 Lexington Ave., New York 21" address on cover.  There is no printing on the spine.     

 Record plays VG+. Light scratch on first track of each side ticks below level of music.  Rest of each side is VG++.   Record looks VG+. Some light scuffs and light scratches.  No heavy or long scratches.

Cover is VG++.

 Front cover has some very light wear and is bright and glossy.corners. Back cover looks nice and has some light wear.  Spine is tight and intact. Tiny beginning of a split seam, less than 1/4 inch at the bottom of the pocket.
