Original Savoy Lp pressing, #MG 12021, 
Deep Groove Mono, with "RVG" in runout. 
The vinyl looks VG+, some light marks scattered around, but it plays great, very little noticeable surface noise, it sounds around near mint, a superb pressing.
The cover is VG+, light water staining along the spine side of the paste-on, some of the back paste-on is damaged at the bottom middle, no edgewear except a small nick in the bottom middle and at the corners which are slightly rounded, especially the top spine side which is slightly damaged, there's also some writing on the back in pen (see pictures).
