Description
- Very hard to find original 1973 funk LP from The 24 Carat Black "Ghetto Misfortune’s Wealth" (Enterprise/Stax ENS 1030). This concept LP that focused on life in the inner city sold very poorly when released but has become a cult classic.
- The tracklist is: Synopsis One: In The Ghetto/God Save The World/Poverty’s Paradise/Brown-Baggin/Synopsis Two: Mother’s Day/Mother’s Day/Ghetto Misfortune’s Wealth/24-Carat Black (Theme).
- The LP has a few scratches and sleeve scuffs so you should expect some surface noise and some audible tics but it does not overwhelm this classic funk LP. The cover is still in shrink-wrap with a factory sticker advertising Wattstax. There is a small cut corner and some light wear on the other corners.
