wow what a fantastic album.....fantastic sound

YES...thee 1968 Original first pressing of one of the great psych garage nuggets of the sixties....A superb mixture of harmony-laden electrified folk-rock and psychedelia from this Massachusetts band featuring guitarist Paul Applebaum’s compositions sung by Gail Winnick creating an Airplane-esque male/female vocal balance set against Applebaum’s fuzzed-up lead guitar and a strong rhythm section. The album includes a great take on the psych nugget “Hang On To A Dream”.

One of the best psychedelic rock treasures on late 60s Mainstream Records -- a sunny, fuzzy album that's beyond compare! The Art Of Lovin' have a mixed male/female vocal style at their head....
