I think this is the original release.

According to the release notes on the discogs web-site, there were four variations of this single.

This copy matches up with the details listed for the first release:

 

Solid centre with raised dimpled ring around the label

 BUY BUY 13-A/13-B on the labels

Matrix A-side: A BILBO BOPPA! BUY 13 A-1 EG

 Matrix B-side: DB-MASTER ROOM BUY 13 B-1 EG

 Sleeve has the square-shaped cut-out at the opening.

 

But I’m no expert – so I’m happy to be corrected by any Stiff Records aficionados out there!

Just the lightest of storage and ring-wear. Small crease at the opening.
