Type: Original 1st pressing of Wayne Shorter The All Seeing Eye on the Blue Note record label BLP 4219 Mono first Pressing. Record etched with matrix identifiers BNLP-4219 A / B Van Gelder.  

Condition: Very nice copy especially when considering the age. Record sleeve shows some minor surface flaws, corner bumps and light wear, still very presentable with no splits and occasional outer spine wear. Inner sleeve is Blue Note 27 Years with a split at side and a modern acid free sleeve has been included. The record has been play tested with no problems and is very clean with occasional pops to remind you that you are playing a record. It retains original gloss with only the most subtle and minor surface imperfections noted in what I would consider to be in the NM range. NOTE: There is etching in the dead wax area on one side. This record has been play tested on 3 automatic return turntables (Pioneer PL-400, PL-530 and Dual 1219) The etching did not affect playback. If used on a manual turntable please consider measures to cover or obstruct the etching or ensure that the tone arm is lifted immediately after play to prevent possible damage to the stylus from this modification. Photos will demonstrate any flaws.
