The Allen Brothers (Peter Allen was one half of the duo) first recording for Lee Gordon Records (later Leedon) 'Bells,Bells,Bells' b/w 'Summer Clouds' ( credited to the Allen Brothers), and produced by Johnny O'Keefe in 1960.I don't know if this recording had much chart success,but it has to be an interesting piece of Australian music history.Record has light crackle at the start of both sides that quickly subsides, but it will improve with more play, and a few good cleans.Visually, it looks EX+, with perfect,clean labels too.Must be a worthy inclusion in any Australian 60's collection.Lee Gordon LS-592.
