Description
An original double LP on the Mobile Fidelity label. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in a heavy card construction gatefold - stamped 'Demo copy'. Also included are the original mfsl antis static inners and the lyric sheet. 100% original and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In absolutely superb condition - just look at those label shots - these LPs have only seen the lightest use. Under close inspection we struggled to make out a single mark across all four sides. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Most folk report an outstanding level of playback on these original copies - I concur. Intros and inbetweens are absolutely silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity and without interference. We only detected one tiny crackle in the opening second and then nothing but silence the entire way through. This is one top top preserved record. I doubt you could beat the audio on offer here on any other copy or pressing. The ultimate upgrade.
Cover (Ex-) In great shape and has clearly been cared for. The only vaguely noticeable deterioration is some light age spots - you should be able to make them out in the photos, but they are pretty minimal. Surfaces are nice and clean and wear is minimal just a touch on the edges. In one spot it has worn through - 1 inch, but that is all. The text on the spine is fully intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and this is certainly helped by one of the heaviest card constructions I've ever held. Nice!
Inners (Ex+) No splits or nasty creasing - pretty much perfect.
Lyric (Ex+) Perfect - unaged or marked.
