Blue Note Records - Mono Reissue with Ear and RVG in runouts

In runout both sides: RVG (etched) 'EAR' '9M'
Sleeve has 43 West 61st St., New York 23 address
Blank spine.
Likely released between 1962 and 1966
Condition Record: VG+, very clean VG+ vinyl with no scratches. plays very well.
Cover: VG. cover has some wear. image ok. split 2 inch at opening bottom. tear at corner. creases at edges. edgewear. no writing. (see pics)
includes original Blue Note innersleeve and poly sleeves
