FIRSTLY NOTE THAT SHIPPING IS NOT FREE NOR AS EBAY STATE - THESE ARE HEAVY BOOKS & ARE EXPENSIVE TO POST. I am selling this pair of books & also another book by Brian Rust, the VERY RARE "British Dance Bands on Record 1911 to 1945" - see Sellers Other Items.
This auction is for the complete two volume set: "The American Dance Band Discograpy 1917 - 1942" by Brian Rust. First published by Arlington House in 1975 - these are the 2nd printing of 1979 .
The volumes can only be described as "near mint" - no creases, tears, splits, pen or pencil marks - just perfect - with minimal signs of useage on the brown cloth hardback covers with pristine gold lettering. Inside the front cover of each volume there is a tiny suppliers sticker (John Holley). Each volume is about 9 inches x 7 inches & each over 1000 pages. I am including their original dust covers which DO show signs of wear & useage & have repaired splits & tears in many areas (they certainly did their job in keeping the condition of the books inside as pristine & continue to do so).

THESE BOOKS ARE HEAVY but I would pack very well & post anywhere in UK for £12 (more for Ireland, Highlands & remote).
