·       “THE ANIMALS” by The Animals

·       This record was issued in 1964.

·       This is MGM Records E-4264.

·       This LP is a MONO (Monaural) Pressing.

·       It has “The House Of The Rising Sun”, The Animals’ first hit single on it. (This is the edited 45 RPM version.)

·       Riding on the wave of The British Invasion of the mid-1960s, this LP marked the beginning of Eric Burdon and The Animals recording and performing careers.

·       The COVER is graded STRONG VG+ Condition. There is VERY LIGHT WEAR as you can see in the images. Only a little bit of flaking on the bottom seam and a little wear on the bottom left corner kept me from grading it Near Mint Minus.

·       WHAT A WONDERFUL “BOY-ISH” IMAGE OF THE ANIMALS (especially Eric Burdon) On THE COVER!!!

·       The VINYL is in NICE VG CONDITION with light surface hairlines/scuffs. There is some wear on the dead wax before the first cut on side 1(“The House Of The Rising Sun”). I played it (tracking at ½ gram) and heard a couple of pops just before the song begins, but not during the song.

·       It’s A GREAT CLASSIC ROCK LP for someone’s vinyl collection!
