Description
Offered here is a super rare first pressing of the legendary 'I don't want you' by The Anteeeks, backed with the equally facemelting 'Ball and Chain'- it's wall to wall fuzz and stomping on these two killer sides, a real classic of the genre.
Visually, this copy is not the best- the centre has been dinked (no, it's not one of those dodgy bootleg repressings...), and there's quite a bit of localised scuffing to one area of the A side, but nothing too deep. I'd call it VG- visually (proper grading...not totally thrashed). I guess a less scrupulous seller would have glued in the centre out of a singing nun ''7, given it a bit of a polish and called it VG+, but I'm not that guy ;)
Audibly (and this is the good bit!) it plays great, as it's a nice, loud pressing, and as previously mentioned- two monster sides. It's not a totally silent playing surface- there is the odd bit of light surface noise, but nothing really breaks the spell of the music, which consistently wins through. A great sounding copy for DJ-ing that you don't have to sweat over taking out!
