You are bidding on the rare 7'' EP:
The Apples- Tidal Wave, released by The Elephant 6 Recording Co. "In Stereo" in 1993 on green vinyl out of Denver, CO. Includes the poster, 3 small additional inserts, and the pink "customer satisfaction survey". Also includes very artful etchings in the dead wax. The cover is a comic book style book. Original Pressing! Limited pressing of 800 copies, 500 of which were pressed on green vinyl. The last page of the cover/book is marked 63/100.
*A highly iconic release, this Tidal Wave 7'' EP was the very first release on the legendary Elephant 6 label! This was also the debut release by The Apples, who later became known as The Apples in Stereo. This original pressing marked the beginning of the greatest record label of the 1990's, producing lo-fi, artful, psychedelic, indie pop that will forever be deeply revered.*
The Vinyl is visually-graded in VG+ condition. When looked at under a very bright light, the record shows a very rich luster and a few, incredibly light surface marks. The record has been play-tested and sounds absolutely perfect!
The Cover is graded in VG+ condition, just showing a very minor bend at the top-left corner. Otherwise, it is in perfect, glorious shape.
The labels are in excellent shape.
