Our Policies
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and packaged with all accessories originally shipped with the item if any.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please note this process can take 3-5 working days after we have received the device. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via Paypal and advise you of this as soon as possible.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item where you have changed your mind. If your item is faulty please contact us as we will either arrange to have the item collected from you or agree a suitable shipping method and if necessary refund the associated costs.
