Issued over 3 weeks as 3 shaped picture discs with different front and back artwork, that fit into a folder issued on week one. 
Week 1: Rock.  (BFTR 1)(R = Rock) 
Week 2: Lobster. (BFTL 1)(L = Lobster)   Week 3: Planet Claire.  (BFTP 1)(P = Planet Claire)

This was first first of 3 rectangular picture discs release on consecutive weeks - May 12th, 19th and 26th. 
This picture came in a trifold wallet to house the other two discs.
