Description

Rare garage/psych 45 by The Balladeers from Woonsockett, R.I. recorded in the summer of '65.
Made at Continental Recordings in Framingham, Mass. it was the first record released on studio owner Tom Flynn's Cori label. #CR 31001.
"Words I Want To Hear" is an original by group member Robert Allen. Great atmospheric song that builds to a crescendo chorded solo.
"High Flying Bird" is a pop/psych nugget covered by the Jefferson Airplane, the Plague and others but never better then here.
I purchased this from a 60's graduate of Phillips Academy in Andover, Mass. who's had it in his collection for almost 50 years!
Record is a strong VG++. I played both sides and it sounds excellent. Very dynamic and clear. Bright, clean labels. (see pictures)
U.S.P.S. Priority shipping is $7. International bidders are welcome but to insure it gets there it has to go registered mail which is $20.
See my feedback and buy with confidence. Thanks!
