New seller, old records. Up for auction is a Top 300 all time classic 60's psych LP by
The BAROQUES. This is their only LP which was issued on CHESS RECORDS in
1967?. Great acid drench power pop love rock with hidden drug using references.
Standout songs include, Iowa, Mary Jane, Oscar Mayer Tribute, Song Needs No
Introduction, and Bicycle. 12" 33rpm Vinyl Record Album is VG+,
outer cover jacket has "punch hole" and grades VG++.
Someone once informed me that this was the only "Psych" LP ever released on CHESS.

Twelve (12) songs, light blue/dark blue center label.
Drill Hole in outer cover.
Visually Vinyl LP is VG+, Not quit Very Good++ , a few sleeve scuffs and light
hairlines. Decent looking shine, sheen and hi-gloss. Center label has light
center spindle marks on each side of center label. Center hole is sharp-cornered.
Plays loud, clear, kinda crisp and mostly clean. I have a Stereo copy which has
more brilliant sound reproduction. It seems that the MONO pressing does not
quite have the "highs" as the STEREO Copy. Still all and all this is a nice and
decent copy which plays well and sounds fine.
Outer cover jacket has light overall shelf wear, slight record to record rub wear near
bottom right corner, 20 year old former price sticker residue near top right,
punch hole cover cracks around punch hole near top left corner, 1" spline
wear/break at bottom of spline, some bumps along bottom seam, 6" of wear or
slight bumps or breaks along top seam. A very nice and bright front cover
photograph along with a clean and wear free back cover. Outer cover grades VG++,
due to seam wear and punch hole.
