They say a picture is worth one thousand words...but some pictures don't tell the whole story, so please read my item description & condition below as well as my terms of sale.
ITEM DESCRIPTION & CONDITION: A Hard Day's Night (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the third studio album by the English rock band The Beatles, released on 10 July 1964 by Parlophone, and is the soundtrack for their debut film of the same name. The American version of the album was originally released two weeks earlier, on 26 June 1964 by United Artists Records, with a different track listing and topped the US Billboard Charts for 14 weeks. In contrast to the Beatles' first two albums, all of the tracks on this album were written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, showcasing the development of their songwriting partnership. Below I have described many key components of this item so that you, the buyer, can better determine its age, condition and value for yourself. The item condition and the identifiable characteristics are as follows:
1) The vinyl disc itself, UAL 3366, is in relatively good condition. Both sides show signs of play-time and wear including, several light surface scratches, several light scuff marks, and numerous smudges and fingerprints. The labels show only a minimal number of spindle marks and some noticeable wear marks around the spindle hole on each side otherwise they both appear to be in excellent condition. I have no way of play testing this item so I cannot comment, with any degree of certainty, on the sound quality...see photos.

• Early pressing 'Black' UA Label with colored balls/circles along top perimeter and 'HIGH FIDELITY' along bottom perimeter
• Side 1 (A) Track 3 (I'll Cry Instead) erroneously titled 'I Cry Instead' on label
• Any/all other identifiable label characteristics can be seen in photos

2) The Album Cover/Jacket itself, has had the original shrink wrap removed. Each of the four corners are relatively square however there is a slight bump and bend, as well as some fuzzing noticeable at all four corners. The cover construction is a wrap-around front cover with a rear cover slick with the front and rear images well centered, colors are dull, faded and yellowed. There is a little rippling of the outer paper layer on the top front cover. The rear cover is a dull white which has begun to yellow and shows signs off 'rubbing' against a darker colored album. There are no seam splits, no writing, however there is an ink stamping on the lower right corner of the rear cover...see photos.

3) The inner sleeve, believed to be the original, is a United Artists protective envelope. Really nice overall condition, no seam splits, no tears, no writing, however it has significant yellowing and the lower left corner, as viewed from the front, was at one time bent over when inserted into the album cover/jacket.

However, since USPS Media Mail is consistently taking longer than estimated and is subject to inspection which can further delay delivery, I now offer USPS Retail Ground service and/or expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the item(s) weight (including package and any packing materials used) and your proximity to my location. Please note: I add $1.50 to shipping charges as a handling fee to cover the cost of a brand new and previously unused LP mailer and corrugated filler pads. Combined shipping may be available but, only if pre-approved by seller prior to auction end.
PACKAGING: 1) Opened record albums; The vinyl record disc itself is removed from the album cover/jacket to prevent damaging the cover during shipment. If the item includes a specialized or custom inner sleeve, the vinyl record disc is removed from the original inner sleeve and placed in a generic inner sleeve. The album cover, the vinyl record disc and any/all inserts will be placed in a top-load style plastic sleeve which is placed in a pre-formed corrugated mailer along with any necessary packing material for shipment. 2) Unopened (sealed) record albums; Sealed items will remain unopened and are placed in a top-load style plastic sleeve which is placed in a pre-formed corrugated mailer along with any necessary packing material for shipment.
PAYMENT: I only accept payment through eBAY managed payment system or PAYPAL (if it is still accepted through eBAY)!  Any/all payments must be completed within 72 hours of auction end unless other arrangements have been agreed to by both the purchaser and the seller. Immediate payment due if and when using the Buy-It-Now option.
