This is a truly stunning example of a true 1st Dick James label pressing of Please Please Me, with extremely early stampers making it amongst the first thousand or so to be pressed and hit the record shops.

The vinyl shows a deep shine to both sides with virtually no evidence of previous use. It is obvious that this record has been extremely well cared for. The fact that it is well over 50 years old is astonishing. It is 100% flat and plays out of this world.

Side 1 - Looks almost never played and I would class as very near MINT as it is extremely hard to find any marks at all.

Side 2 - This is almost identical to side 1 with no marks from play, there is one small patch which looks slightly duller from the rest of the brilliant shine, this does cause a bit of static but this aside it is superb. Due to the patch I would class this side as EX.

The labels are stunning and perfectly preserved with only very slight signs of the odd spindle mark. Side 1 holds the MZT tax code and Dick James credits whilst side 2 also holds the Dick James credits making this a true 1st pressing. These labels have got to bet graded as Near MINT.

The main outer sleeve is the original that came with this record but it does not have the Angus Mcbean credit to the far right corner, apart from this it is in fantastic condition as you can tell from the pictures.

Lastly the Emitex original inner, this is again very nice and in keeping with the rest of the record it is in excellent condition.
