If you want to own a 'Loud-Cut' copy of this Beatles album, with lovely clear sound and no serious audio problems, then this might be for you. However, it is no beauty contest winner.
Please read my description below, where you will know exactly what to expect, if you decide to bid.

THE DISC
Matrices: 1/1 Stampers: 6-PR / 3-RT
AUDIO - VG+
Sound quality is excellent throughout with near silent run-ins/outs and although there is the occasional tiny bit of background noise and a few mild 'pops' here and there, all the tracks still sound fantastic. This disc sounds much better than most original copies. Even the very gentle 'Michelle' plays without the usual 'high-end' wear, most noticeable when Paul sings 'I want you, I want you, I WANT you' which is often 'blurred'. The track performs perfectly on this disc!
I have included a sound sample which is fairly typical of the way that the whole album sounds (ebay will only allow about a minute, probably due to copyright) The disc of course, delivers a full-on 'loud-cut' sound with the expected 'punchy' bass and not this tinny reproduction picked up by my phone's microphone but it does show the clarity of the songs, as well as the near silence between the tracks.
VISUALLY
Definitely not anywhere near 'showroom' condition. The disc lies flat on the turntable and looks superb when in motion, as it does in the final photo. However, the reality is that it displays numerous lines both sides, mainly caused by careless placement of the disc when away from the turntable, although all are non-feelable and have no serious impact on the overall performance of the tracks.
There are spindle trails but they are not excessive. There is some glue residue on side 2, visible against reflected light.

THE COVER
Original issue, made from thick card stock. It is intact with a great spine but is looking a bit tired and showing its age.
THE INNER SLEEVE
Correct rice paper lined with 'Made In England' text. Age toned and creased with a couple of tiny seam splits.

The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
