The BEATLES

RUBBER SOUL 1st U.K. Pressing

1965 - MONO *LOUD-CUT* 
-1 (4-PH) / -1 (3-RT) 
This is a great sounding copy of the sought after 1st pressing known as a 'Loud-Cut* The disc has been frequently played, as you would expect, but the quality of sound is truly outstanding for an original '60's album The run-ins/outs are silent and there are NO audible intrusions on any of the 14 tracks, which is quite remarkable!
Disc:               VG: The vinyl is still nice and glossy - there are some surface handling lines/scuffs but they are mainly light and completely non-sounding

Sound::           Ex: All tracks sound fresh and bright and are a joy to listen to - there is absolutely NO background crackle through the run-ins                                which is an indication of how good the tracks will sound, as well as the decent equipment that the disc has been played on 
Labels:            VG: The labels are in near perfect condition with no writing or sticker residue but there are numerous spindle trails
Cover :            G+: Genuine 1st issue which is showing its age - perfect spine lettering - some laminate creasing - pen marks on the back which is age toned
Please note: There are lots of spindle trails, some of which stray across the labels and therefore might be an issue for some people However, if this is not as important as the performance of the disc, then you will certainly own a lovely sounding vinyl copy! Let's face it; what are the chances of finding an original 'Loud Cut' that plays without any nasty clicks, pops or skips?
