For sale ... The legendary Beatles Rubber Soul, UK mono - a unique version.
This is a rare issue made when the famous 'loud cut' was being replaced.,, It has the loud cut on one side (side 2) and the much more common replacement cut on the other! I haven't seen many of these types over the years.
This is from my own personal collection which I am now downsizing. It's basically been stored in a spare room for about 6 or 7 years, barely played by me.
I'll give you a detailed breakdown:
The sleeve is good for its age - strong spine and flipbacks. There is a little creasing to the side opening but, again, good overall. The original inner sleeve is very good, no major creases or rips or tears.
The labels are good, just a little spindle wear, but nothing too band. The vinyl, visually, does have some age expected hairlines and light scuffs, but nothing dramatic. It's been listened to over the years, but taken care of. It plays fine too.
Matrixes are XEX 579-4 (side 1) and XEX 580-1 (side 2). Stamps are 3/TGG and 3/TT.
Overall this is a good condition copy of a total classic - and a rare version of it.
