QUOTES ABOUT THE Hazel Yarwood -5 /-5 pressing:
“…the definitive mono pressing of rubber soul is known as the HAZEL YARWOOD cutting. this was cut after the (-1) and (-4) and it uses (-5 , -5 ) cuttings, but with these being known as the best sounding pressings they can be hard to find…”
“…Hazel predominantly worked with classical music releases but her attention to detail was incredible.
The dash 5 Yarwood Cut really is the definitive way to listen to this album in my opinion.
It’s warm, alive and joy to listen to.”
ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC COPY:
Condition of sleeve is EXCELLENT overall - some creases of the laminate and a bit of light fading on rear; a small piece of tape reinforcing the opening edge (see photos) - just a little storage/handling wear generally, it has been well looked after. Excellent spine, no writing etc. Very nice and solid.
Use emitex original inner sleeve has expected creasing from usage - clean, no rips, very nice - see photos
Both labels are EXCELLENT - no pen marks , some very light marks in centre from past use
THE BEST BIT - Both sides of the vinyl are really clean, lovely lustre; barely any detectable hairlines on the surface. I might go as far as to say NEAR MINT.
It plays with virtually no background noise, no jumps, no pops, no crackles - a superb listen all round. Pretty much the best mono copy I have ever listened to.
PLEASE VIEW ALL THE PHOTOS AND THE CLIP OF 'IN MY LIFE' (SUPERB) - OVERALL A GREAT SOUNDING COPY AND , FOR THE RARE AND SOUGHT AFTER VERSION IT IS, - A GREAT STARTING BID PRICE.10-DAY AUCTION - OR...A VERY APPEALING BUY IT NOW , GIVEN THE AVERAGES ABOVE....
