If you are in a hurry, here is a quick summary: Disc is in fantastic condition - Overall, the complete package is excellent!
If you have more time, a detailed description follows, where you'll find my honest appraisal of every item but please bear in mind that vinyl records were bought to be played, not put away in a cupboard. I offer original Beatles U.K. pressings, now between fifty and sixty years old, in excellent, collectible condition but they have been played and therefore, will never be mint. THE DISC
It is hard to put and exact date on this pressing but with its low stamper codes it most likely appeared in early 1965. It is simply a part of the unbroken sequence of Beatles L.P. pressings throughout the 1960's and carries the earliest 1st press matrix endings 2/2. There were no 1/1 copies pressed in stereo.
Side One: YEX 110-2 Stamper: 3-MM Side Two: YEX 111-2 Stamper: 2-MH
AUDIO - EX+
Tempted to grade this as Near Mint as the audio is crystal clear! There are just a couple of 'pops' at the very end of the first and second tracks but apart from that, the whole disc delivers outstanding sound quality. All tracks really do sound as good as new; the best I've ever heard. There is some static sound through the run-ins but this is quite normal on analogue stereo discs from that era.
VISUALLY - EX A stunning example, with lovely deep gloss surfaces. There are, however, some light lines/marks visible, but it would be very hard to find another original in such good condition.
There are no visible spindle trails on either side. Please be aware that the label on side 2 is not as vibrant as it should be, almost as though the ink was running out. There is, however, no missing or damaged text. (Please have a look at the photos above).

THE COVER - EX-
A solid example with square, unbumped corners and carrying the small stereo front panel indicator. Generally age toned with crescent shaped thumb bends near to the opening but apart from that, it is as good as you could reasonably expect to find. The spine is perfect.

THE INNER SLEEVE - EX+
'Patents applied for', clear polythene lined, thick paper issue. Near perfect without any splits. There are some coded letters written on the polythene liner inside, which are not visible from the outside. ======================================================================
The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
