Here is a rare and short lived U.K. label variant from 1969/70. E.M.I. introduced this successor to the yellow parlophone label midway through '69 but decided to add an additional boxed EMI above the boxed parlophone sometime in '70.
I am confident that this is the best example that you will ever find. The disc has immaculate playing surfaces which produce flawless sound from beginning to end. There are NO marks anywhere, even under halogen light there are NO wispy handling lines that I can see. The only indication that this has ever been played are the minimal, very light alignment trails. Even then, they are not that obvious. Apart from the trails, this disc looks like a brand new copy; simply stunning! You will feel as though you have just returned from the record store in 1969/70 with your shop-fresh purchase.
The cover is spectacular, with just a few, mild wrinkles and a light crease close to the opening. The L.P. advertising inner is in perfect condition.
A SIDE: -2 (4-PT)
B SIDE: -2 (2/5-OM)
-2 / -2 are still 1st pressing matrix endings. -1 / -1 were never used on stereo discs.
