Very first UK pressing with VERY FIRST APPLE LABELS EVER PRODUCED!!!

Vinyl is quite nice, one scuff mark that does not sound on side one (pictured). Very minimal marks otherwise. Beautiful clean playback with minimal non-intrusive crackle in quieter passages. Really a great playing copy. However, there are two "sticks" that I need to mention. One occurs towards the end of Rocky Raccoon on side 2, the other between Birthday and Yer Blues on side 3. If it weren't for these two sticks, I'd consider an EX- grading on the wax for certain.

The labels are quite nice and clean, with some spindle marks. There is no writing or tears or stains on the labels. Very EARLY first APPLE set on display, without the "An EMI Recording" text and no sign of a tax code anywhere.

The two black die cut original inners are present in VG condition with wear to the opening edges and slight signs of seam splits beginning.

The 4 photographs are present and in solid EX+ condition. No pinholes or tape marks. No writing or tears.

The poster is also present and is in solid VG+ condition with mild creasing and discolouration in spots. No writing, tears, pinholes or tape marks. NEVER HUNG!

The TOP OPENING embossed cover is in beautiful condition for its age. Mild discolouration (definitely NOT yellow). No writing or marks or tears aside from the small name written in ink on the inside flap as pictured. Other than some wear to the opening top edges and the spine (including a small superficial split in the laminate/top layer of cover) it presents quite well indeed. "The Beatles" is readable on the spine. NO RING WEAR! Really a great conservatively graded iconic LOW NUMBERED sleeve!
