**UK ORIGINAL 1968 APPLE (PMC 7067 / PMC 7068) MONO LP IN GARROD & LOFTHOUSE GATEFOLD TOP OPENING LOW NUMBERED (No. 0029345) COVER WITH 4 PHOTOS / 2 BLACK ORIGINAL INNER COVERS AND POSTER**
A still clean original UK 1st day of issue pressing of this classic LP, this is all 100% original and complete, the set includes poster / 2 black inner covers / 4 photos and numbered (No. 0029345) top opening cover.The Cover
The Garrod & Lofthouse 1st issue numbered (0029345) gatefold top opening cover is in nice strong shape as you will see, the spine has some flacking as with most of these cover but does not look horrid and all text is readable, the lamination is still clean and this cover looks nice for it's 42 year age. I will grade the cover as a strict Very Good+++ condition with some normal storage / age wear only.
I will grade each side below both sound & visual.
DISC 1, Side 1, The LP has a nice original gloss under strong halogen light there is some light surface wear with a couple of light surface marks , this side is graded as a visual Very Good condition, there are NO deep or nasty marks. The LP plays with some under the music surface crackle a bit on the loud peaks so a play grade of VG, it is far from perfect sound but not trashed and still good to play but not for you if you need perfection.
DISC 1, Side 2, The LP has a nice original gloss under strong halogen light there is some light surface wear, this side is graded as a visual Very Good+ condition, there are NO deep or nasty marks. The LP plays with some under the music surface crackle but plays better than disc 1 and sound powerful so a play grade of at least VG+ on this side.

The Labels
The labels are all in Excellent condition, disc 1 has the An EMI recording text and disc 2 does not, all labels are clean only some spindle marks.
The Inner SleevesThe original correct Apple black paper inner covers are in decent strong shape with NO side splits and a little better than normal, both are graded as Very Good condition, there are a few small tears but still OK. The records have now been placed in 2 new inner covers to stop any damage to the originals when in the post.
The 4 Photos
All 4 original glossy photos are graded at Excellent condition. The Poster
original poster that has a couple of small (1") tears to 1 seame, there are NO pin holes but has some normal aging graded Very Good- condition.
We use the UK grading system E.G. G / VG / EX / MINT. We also use + and - if there are slight differences between the grades.

Below is an example of a record that has been packed up and ready to send, I have placed one LP next to the parcel so you can clearly see that it is very thick and oversized so corners and bends are avoided. I use this practice on all records regardless of price, if you spend £10 or £500 your record will be safe. I never use them stupid envelope mailers as any serious buyer will know they are not good enough. I really hate it when you spend a large (or any) sum on a record and the lame seller has used only 1 of them thin stiffeners and a weak mailer and then left the record inside the cover. The worst experience I ever had was a German E Bayer who sent me a LP I spent near £150.00 on in a jiffy bag with no protection! the cover was ruined but he did not care and did not refund. As you will see below much effort is taken with my packaging and thick strong card is sourced to do this.
**All Records are sent out in plastic covers with the record placed out of the front cover to prevent the cover from getting knifed. All records are sent out in very strong packaging as seen above to make sure that they reach you in the condition that they leave here in.**
**For each record or item sent out I will fill out a separate Proof of Postage slip that is date stamped with the address of the destination of the parcel. Insurance will cost extra and is highly recommended**

** Please read this- If you have been buying from some dealers on ebay who continue to sell records that have been altered or have stickers placed over writing or to hide damage or in a much lesser condition than stated. I would rather sell the record in it's original state rather than cut out pieces of paper to hide the truth. I am also against skimming, steaming and other dirty tricks. I will playgrade all records and do all grading under a 100 watt light bulb which shows the truth. I will be continuously be placing quality items on ebay from now on as I want to build up my customer base. The only things that I want to come back are customers not records. Thank You.**
