Description
The BEATLES
YESTERDAY E.P. 1st U.K. Pressing
1966 - MONO
1-G / 1-G Factory Sample
Demonstration labels were not issued for any Beatles '60's U.K. E.P.'s or L.P.'s so this Factory Sample disc with its earliest possible 1-G stamper codes was an advance issue sent out as a promotional copy
I have owned several original copies of this E.P. but the clarity of sound from this example is outstanding - The disc has clearly been handled with reasonable care and played on top equipment - It would be hard to find a better sounding copy!
Disc: VG: The vinyl is still nice and glossy - there are some surface lines but they are light
Sound:: Ex: Crystal clear with no appreciable deterioration in audio quality - All tracks sound fresh and bright and are a joy to listen to
Labels: Ex: Apart from some inevitable spindle trials, the labels are in excellent condition
Cover : G+: Genuine 1st issue with rounded flap ends - some laminate creasing - pen marks on the back which is age toned
I have more Beatles records listed, so please have a look
