VINYL: looks VG+ plays EX+ (whole album was play graded) SLEEVE: VG- the entire spine has been scotch taped & you can see the damage in the front (top & bottom) where I assume someone was checking to see if this was a butcher cover. ORIGINAL INNER in VG+ also included is a round poly inner
