Description
This item is a Warner Brothers Records 1978 1 LP promotional only sampler album containing songs from The Band’s triple album release ‘The Last Waltz’. This particular LP sampler is signed by legendary Band bassist Rick Danko. Sampler record label and number is Warner Brothers Records PRO-A-737. This album contains live performances by Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison and Eric Clapton as well as songs by The Band. Rick signed this album for me on May 31, 1992 at the Rochester Institute Of Technology after a solo performance at the college. Autograph was obtained by me personally and autograph was signed with a black Sharpie. Album can be returned at anytime if there is any doubt as to the authenticity of the signature. Record itself is in excellent to near mint condition and is from my personnel collection. I never played this sampler LP. Record labels show no spindle wear and labels have print on them that states ‘This Is A Promotional Item’. Record cover is in excellent condition with flaw being some slightly dented corners (see photos). See photos for song listings.
