The Band "?The Last Waltz" original vinyl pressing released on Warner Bros. Records ?3WS 3146 in 1978. This triple live album documents the Band's farewell concert which took place at Bill Graham's Winterland Ballroom on Thanksgiving Day 1976. With an all-star list of guest performers, including Ronnie Hawkins, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Neil Diamond, Dr. John, Paul Butterfield, Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton and others.

Sides one through five of the album consist of songs taken from the concert. Side six has "The Last Waltz Suite": new numbers composed by Robbie Robertson and performed by the Band on an MGM soundstage

Set is complete with all 3 records, original inner sleeves and 6-page (12 side) velum booklet with photos of concert, artists, track and credit info.

Records have been washed in a Spin-Clean. Using Discogs grading standards, overall I would rate the records as high VG, almost VG+. This is a solid copy as all 6 sides still have lots of gloss and play through without skipping. There is some surface noise, mostly noticeable during quiet passages but not enough to ruin the music. There are some hairline marks throughout; some sides may be more like VG+ while others are VG. Labels are clean and free of marks.

The jacket is VG. It's still in nice shape, but since it's not printed on glossy stock, it has quite a bit of ringwear and some discoloration. There are no seam splits but there's edge wear on the top, bottom and mouth, along with some creasing along the top edge and spine. No writing or tears. Inner sleeves have some wear but no seam splits. Booklet is very nice, with some mild wear but no missing pages, tears or marks. See photos for details. From a non-smoking home.
