Description

This is a very rare promo copy of The Band - The Weight / I Shall Be Released, released on Capitol in 1968.
Matrix # P 2269
The record is in VERY GOOD condition. There is consistent minor crackling on both sides. Both sides show multiple small scratches. These scratches cannot be heard individually, only as a part of the general crackling. This record is still good enough to play through for sure.
The original Capitol inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD++ condition. This is a near perfect example of this sleeve; it's only blemishes are a very minor bit of edge wear and come circular creasing. This is overall in wonderful shape.
This is not a common record by any means; absolutely worthy for any collector of The Band.

The record will ship inside a plastic outer sleeve for safe delivery.
