This is an original 7" 45RPM, with original picture sleeves, from 1965! Fun Facts About This Record: To get the bass sound on the A-side, Brian Wilson had the session musicians on electric bass and upright acoustic bass play the exact same bass line simultaneously! The opening 12-string guitar riff on the A-side was played by Glen Campbell - before finding solo stardom as a country legend! When this single was released in 1965, it was in direct competition with The Beatles 'Help!' single. The 2 bands were locked in a fierce, friendly studio rivalry that had Brian Wilson constantly listening to Beatles singles to figure out how to out-produce them!
