Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I grade a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the eBay grading category to describe the cover condition.

  • This Double Album is a First Pressing of a Brother/Reprise Records Promotional copy of a 1974 reissue of the original 1967 and 1968 releases.
  • Both records are listed as Stereo.
  • This is a Santa Maria pressing.
  • These two records have never been played. 
  • There are variations in the appearance of the viyl that appear to be cosmetic.
  • 'Promotion Not For Sale' is printed on the labels.
  • The Promo stickcer fell off the front cover. You can see the outline of where it was on the right side of the cover. I have included the sticker in a plastic bag.
  • The textured gatefold cover has tight seams,a stiff spine and shows some shelf wear. Textured covers picked up a lot of dust and dirt.
  • This is a one-owner that the Seller got new in his record store from the Warner/Reprise sales rep in 1974. It has been in storage for 51 years.
