This LP cover has signatures on the front that appear to have been signed by: 

 Mike Love, Carl Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Blondie Chaplin, Ricky Fataar, and Al Jardine

I don't have a COA and I can't vouch that these are genuine signatures; Perhaps you have a better idea of them than I do!

The cover shows a bit of ring wear, and the top front corner shows a light crease; the glue has failed on about 8 inches of the seam on the inside cover.
