TEENAGE SYMPHONIES TO GOD 

Summary: 15-20 second audible surface scuff in “I Just Wasn’t Made for These Times”, otherwise I rate this as a VG- party copy. Something to throw on while you’re cooking or entertaining, and maybe not intently listening with a 5.1 Hi-Fi setup, marveling at the fidelity etc.

This version is the Scranton pressing plant variation and can be identified by the following:

• "IAM" triangle logo stamp in the runout grooves (compare here);

• "3" printed near the RIAA logo on the back cover;

• Tracklist printed underneath the center hole (compare here);

• A-side track titles indented; B-side track titles left justified (compare here);

• "Duophonic" printed on front cover and labels (compare here)

Vinyl: (G+/VG-) ..  

    -Skips: thankfully none

        -Surface Noise:  minimal to none. For the most part its a quiet play with some popping/surface noise in spots after cleaning with a VPI record cleaning machine. Definitely not pristine.

            -Scuffing: There are some visible scuffs that for the most part do not affect playback other than whats listed above. 

Cover: (G+/VG-)..See photos

   Ring Wear: some, but minimal

        Scuffing/Marks:  “80” written in blue pen. Two very small former staple markings on top left, most likely from a store tag at time of pricing back in the day. Edge wear along the sides and some scuffs.

Rips/Tears/other blemishes:  No top or bottom seam separation

Sleeve/Insert: Factory white (new) sleeve

Spine:  Readable with some splitting (see photos).

Kept in a smoke free home. Professionally cleaned.

Vinyl will be shipped outside of the outer sleeve to prevent spine damage during postal journey.

Any odd-seeming marks on the photos of the vinyl itself are purely glare from shininess of the vinyl reflecting back, all blemishes are otherwise reported and shown with a close up photo. 

All records sanitized from a healthy home.
