Description

 The Beach Boys  PET SOUNDS  This is the original CAPITOL release from 1966, T 2458 in glorious MONO, just the way Brian made it.  It looks to be one of the rare Jacksonville, Ill. pressings as there is a 4 next to the RIAA logo on the back.

VINYL : NM.  High gloss and no scratches or wear.  A couple of slight paper scuffs that are hard to see and have no affect on the sound which is clean and sonically rich.  One of the best sounding PET SOUNDS I have ever heard and I have heard many good ones. Very rare to find this in an original 1966 pressing.  Labels are clean and damage free.  No spindle marks.

JACKET :  NM.  This is a beautiful cover.  It would be MINT if not for that pesky punch hole on the upper right.  Absolutely no wear to speak of.  Looks like the shrink just came off. Bright whites on both sides and clear bright colors on the front. Tight seams and corners and beautiful spine with centered and perfectly legible lettering.  No names, stains, dents, rips, seam splits, ring wear, cuts, stickers or stamps.
