Description
The Beach Boys' iconic PET SOUNDS
"Duophonic For Stereo Phonographs" Original 1966 1st Pressing on Capitol Records DT-2458 w/ Original Capitol Inner Sleeve
VINYL'S CONDITION IS VERY GOOD (VG)
- Many fine scratches, some audible upon playback. Nothing egregious, but soft crackle will be evident, mostly on side 2.
- Both Capitol rainbow labels look great, especially Side 1. There are a couple spindle marks on the Side 2 label.
- Terrific listening copy.
Side 1 Matrix / Runout: DT 1-2458-B12
- Side 2 Matrix / Runout: DT-2-2458-A11
COVER'S CONDITION IS VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)
- Cover presents well with slight tanning to the white portions, mainly along the edges
- Whisper of ringwear on front, minor rub wear on back
- Moderate corner and edge wear, mostly to the spine, still text is quite legible
- Minor ding to the opening edge
- The original Capitol '66 inner sleeve is included, split on all sides
- PLEASE NOTE: There are zero cut outs, no writing, no split seams, no tape or stickers anywhere to be found. This is a well-loved but unmolested rare copy of a masterpiece LP!
