In November 1965, The Beach Boys released their 10th album "Beach Boys’ Party!" with mostly cover songs. When originally recorded, the band invited friends and family into the studio for a party. Those sounds were then layered over the recorded music for a true party sound.
The Beach Boys' album "Beach Boys' Party! Uncovered and Unplugged," was released in 2015. It is an expanded and remixed version of their 1965 album "Beach Boys' Party!". “Uncovered and Unplugged” strips away those party sounds so that the true sessions can be heard in their recording, remixed and remastered from the original sessions
