The Beach Boys  Pet Sounds LP  196 1st Duophonic Press LA Strong VG
Original 1966 Los Angeles first pressing of The Beach Boys – Pet Sounds on Capitol Records (DT-2458).
This is the Duophonic Stereo edition, issued the same year as the mono mix. Identified by the “DT” prefix and Los Angeles plant indicators in the runouts (★ symbol).

Condition (Visually Graded Only):

  • Vinyl: Very Good (VG) bordering VG+ – Clean, glossy, with light sleeve scuffs and minor surface marks. Plays well with minimal noise overall.

  • Sleeve: Very Good (VG) – Moderate edge and corner wear, partial seam split along bottom edge, light ring wear on back. Presents well front-facing                                                                                                                                                                       All grading is visual only — record not play-tested.
